Our story
Established in 2018, IRC Projects (Pty) Limited (IRCP) was born from a critical need. Our founder encountered significant challenges sourcing high-quality formwork at competitive prices and within acceptable delivery times. This scarcity spurred the creation of IRCP. Initially, we focused on building a strong foundation of quality and exceptional service. In February 2021, the company experienced a period of rapid growth. Following an unexpected downsizing at a competitor, key members of our current team faced redundancy.
This presented both a significant challenge and a unique opportunity for IRCP. We embraced this challenge, leveraging the expertise and experience of our new colleagues to further enhance our capabilities and solidify our position in the market. This experience reinforced our commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions to our clients.

Led by the charismatic Technical Manager, Dan De Jager, our team possesses over 95 years of collective industry experience. Comprising 14 skilled workshop staff, many with over a decade of expertise, we bring a wealth of knowledge to every project.
